If you are looking for a light to medium intensity workout with an encouraging trainer, Leslie Sansone is the one you want. With a terrific smile and encouraging words, Leslie helps you through a pleasurable walking workout, that will get you trimmer, and toned without "killing" you. 

Leslie specializes in walking routines that can be done in front of the TV, in the privacy of ones home. As her programs progress, she likes to tell you how the workout is helping your bones and muscles, as well as your overall health. She is extremely encouraging, and she prefers to dwell on the positive aspects of exercise. She doesn't yell, and she doesn't scold.

For a more intense workout, she offers programs that include small hand weights, or exercise bands. In addition, she offers a large variety of different workouts, from walking and kicking, to the 3 mile walking program.  Leslie's workouts are great for a stand alone walking regime, or as a stepping stone to more intense workouts by other instructors. For a beginning exercise student, Leslie is a great start.
